摘要
中国跨国公司与西方跨国公司相比,具有低成本的比较优势。由此,低成本策略是中国跨国公司国际化最初阶段的历史选择。但是,低成本策略的弊端也阻碍中国跨国公司的进一步发展。本文分析了中国跨国公司在今后的发展中可以采取的新的策略。如发展民族品牌,品牌定位从低档向高档过渡,开展技术创新和营销创新等。
Compared with western transnational corporation, transnational corporations in China have lowcost advantages, so low-cost tactics is the history choice of transnational corporation in China during the first period. But the disadvantages of low-cost tactics is that it will block the further development. The new tactics adopted by transnational corporation in China in future development was analyzed such as developing national brand, orientating the brand from low level to high level, developing technology innovation and marketing innovation, etc..
