摘要
几丁质酶是影响土壤中氮矿化的一种重要的酶,其分解几丁质控制着氮循环的关键步骤。本文对土壤中几丁质酶的分类、来源、分布、影响因素、催化动力学特性及测定方法进行了综合评述,以期为我国开展土壤几丁质酶的相关研究提供理论参考。
Chitinase is an important enzyme that influences nitrogen mineralization in soil by catalyzing the hydrolysis of chitin, which controls the nitrogen cycle. This paper summarized the class, origin, distribution, influencing factors and characteristics of catalyzing kinetics of chitinase in soil. Some methods for the estimation of chitinase in soil samples were also discussed so as to provide introductive knowledge and theoretical reference for the study of soil chitinase in China.
