摘要
新辅助化疗的开展使得骨肉瘤患者生存率有较大提高,但仍有为数不少患者化疗后顸后不佳或出现多药耐药,开发新的更有效的提高骨肉瘤治疗效果的化疗药物已成为当务之急。二膦酸盐与骨组织尤其是骨转换活跃区域的骨组织有很强的亲和力,近年对其抗骨肿瘤作用越来越受到重视。该文就二膦酸盐抗骨肿瘤作用及其希望途径作一综述。
