摘要
喉癌是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科常见的恶性肿瘤,喉全切除是治疗中晚期喉癌的最有效办法。喉全切除后要在颈部进行气管造瘘,气管造瘘口狭窄是术后常见的并发症之一,本文就喉全切除术后气管造瘘口狭窄的诊断、病因学及治疗学研究进展作一综述。
