凝集素受体在围植入期小鼠输卵管粘膜的分布状况

摘要 目的:研究围植入期小鼠输卵管粘膜凝集素受体的分布特点和变化规律。方法:以生物素标记的凝集素ECL、UEA和PHA-L为探针,应用亲和细胞化学和图像分析的方法,检测上述3种凝集素相应受体的分布状况和变化规律。结果:3种凝集素受体均存在于小鼠围植入期输卵管粘膜内,但数量和变化规律存在差异。ECL和PHA-L受体水平在动情期高于动情间期,孕期呈现先下降后上升的趋势,且在孕4、孕5 d的水平显著低于动情间期和动情期(P<0.01)。动情间期UEA受体水平明显高于动情期和孕期(P<0.01)。结论:围植入期ECL和PHA-L受体表达下降,在输卵管内形成了不利于植入的微环境,可能是胚泡正常情况下不植入输卵管的原因之一;动情期UEA受体水平显著低于动情间期,有利于受精过程的正常进行。 Objective: To explore the distribution pattern and dynamic changes of leetin reeeptors in the mueosa of the mouse oviduct during the peri-implantation period. Methods: Using biotin labeled ECL, UEA and PHA-L as probes, the distribution and dynamie ehanges of their reeeptors we reexamined by affinity eytoehemistry and image analysis. Results: The reeeptors of ECL, UEA and PHA-L all existed in the mouse oviduet, but their levels and distribution patterns were different. The level of the ECL and the PHA-L reeeptors were higher at the estrus than at diestrus. ECL and PHA-L receptors maintained a lower level at day 4 and 5 of pregnancy than those at the diestrus. The level of the UEA reeeptor at diestrus was much higher than that at estrus and that of pregnancy. Conclusion: During peri-implantation, the decrease of the ECL and the PHA-L reeeptors may lead to the failure of implantation in the oviduct, and the increase of the UEA receptors at diestrus may eontribute to the process of fertilization.
