新不免税目录包含155种电器产品

自2007年3月1日起，新批准的国内投资项目进口设备一律按照《国内投资项目不予免税的进口商品目录（2006年修订）》（以下简称《新的不免税目录》）执行。同时规定，2007年3月1日以前批准的国内投资项目，其设备在2008年1月1日前进口的，仍按照《国内投资项目不予免税的进口商品目录（2000年修订，2002年调整）》（以下简称《原不免税目录》）的执行：2008年1月1日以后（含1月1日）进口的设备，

Since March 1, 2007, all import equipment of the newly approved domestic investment projects shall follow the regulations set forth under the Catalog of Import Commodities for Domestic Investment Projects with no Tax Exemption （Revised in 2006） （hereinafter shortened as New Non-tax-free Catalogue）. It is also set forth that the equipment that is imported before January 1, 2008 of the domestic investment projects that are approved before March 1, 2007 shall still execute the Catalog of Import Commodities for Domestic Investment Projects with no Tax Exemption （Revised in 2000 and adjusted in 2002 （hereinafter shortened as the Former Non-tax-free Catalogue）; the equipment that is imported after January 1 （inclusive of January 1）, 2008 shall execute the New Non-tax-free Catalogue.
