摘要
黑带选择是企业在推行6σ质量管理计划的一项重要人力资源配置活动。本文从胜任力的角度,构建了黑带胜任力评价指标体系,并给出了一种模糊多指标评价方法,为企业选择黑带提供了一个新视角。
As enterprise pushes 6σ quality management, Black Belt Selection is an important action of Human Resource. Viewed from competency, the construction of competency integrative index system of Black Belt are studied in this paper, the paper presents a fuzzy multiple index evaluation method, then proposes a new view of Black Belt Selection.
