摘要
针对我国农机制造业实施AMT的现状以及存在的若干问题,提出我国农机业实施先进制造技术必须注重人才培养、逐步提高自动化水平、推进实施虚拟组织模式和加强生产和管理的一体化集成。
aiming at the actuality, problem and countermeasures of carrying out AMT for agricultural machinery enterprise, the paper put forward that carrying out AMT must pay attention to the talents cultivation, enhance automatization level, and boost carrying out the dummy organization mode and integration of production and management.
