摘要
2006年的中央1号文件在继续关注“三农”问题的同时,提出要加快社会主义新农村建设,这表明党和国家把解决“三农”问题、加快新农村建设放在了非常突出的位置,关注与重视程度进一步提高。发展现代农业是建设新农村的主要内容,要发展现代农业离不开农业机械的助推,我国农机化事业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。要抓住机遇发展农机事业,必须要有一大批创新型农业机械化人才。
It proposes speeding up the new rural construction as still emphasizing the issue of ＂san nong＂ （agriculture, rural area and farmers） in 2006 CCCPC＇s NO.1 Document. This presents that our country put the new rural construction in an important position and pay more attention to it. Developing modernized agriculture is the main content of the new rural construction, which needs the help of agriculture mechanization. The development of agriculture mechanization meets the opportunity as never before. In order to hold the opportunity, we need large quantities of agricultural mechanization innovators.
