Potential Information Is the Source of Cosmic Complexity

广义的自然信息根据其所支持的物质能量是否足以引起宏观有序效应,可分为显在信息与潜在信息。潜在信息、显在信息的普遍的相互转化,使得自然界这一客观世界成为由潜在世界,显在世界所组成的两重世界。这一两重世界观念的实践意义在于通过潜在世界的某种转化,实现显在世界的一定转化;其理论意义则在于阐明:宇宙复杂性之源,即是潜在信息将无序的物质能量组织为有序的显在世界。

General nature information can be divided into two types： apparent information and potential informarion. The former is supported by strong material energy; the latter is supported by the weak material energy. These two types of information is mutual transform; and the nature becomes a dual world that is composed of apparent information and potential information. The notion of dual world and its practical meaning consist in passing certain transform of potential world to realize certain transform of apparent world. The theoretical meaning elucidate that the source of cosmic complexity is potential information that will turn disordered material energy into ordered the apparent world.
