Study on the Development of Economic Belt along the Coast of Lianyungang

通过对连云港沿海经济带发展的SWOT分析,认为连云港沿海经济带具有加快发展的优势与前景,在此基础上提出了加快连云港沿海经济带发展的思路与对策:以软、硬环境营建为基础,以沿海城市群,沿海产业、港口建设为载体,以思想、制度、政策、科技为保障,将实现连云港沿海经济带的率先崛起。

An SWOT analysis to the development of Economic Belt along the coast of Lianyungang City reveals that the prospect to speed up economic development there is bright with many favorable conditions. On such a basis, this paper proposes concrete strategies to fulfill this goal. To be specific, we should pay attention to the construction of soft and hard environment, focus on the construction of industries and harbors in cities along the coast, and guarantee economic development with favorable policies, new ideas, sound systems and advanced technologies, so that economy along the coast can rise up as soon as possible.
