集群式发展:高校思想政治教育的新思路

Colony Development:A New Trend of University Ideological and Political Education

将产业经济学的集群理论引入高等教育是一种可行的尝试,也是当前高校思想政治教育发展的新思路。集群式教育包括软硬集群、潜显集群、内外集群三大集群体系,它们共同发力、联合作用,必将全面而有效地推动我国高校思想政治教育工作的发展。因此,应该从高校自身发展和社会集体关注两个方面来推动高校思想政治教育集群体系的构建,从而培养出全面发展的一流人才,增强高校的综合竞争力。

It is a feasible attempt to establish ＂colony education theory＂, which is founded on industrial economics theory. Furthermore, it is also a new developing trend of university ideological and political education. The ＂colony university education＂ system includes three parts： the soft and hard ware colony, visible and potential colony, and interior and exterior colony. Acting and cooperating with each other, these parts can effectively promote the development of university ideological and political education in an all round way. Meanwhile, we should construct such a colony system for the sake of self development and by wide social attention. In this case, we can cultivate talents of a high quality who are developed in an all round way, and increase the competitiveness of colleges and universities.
