摘要
建立流动注射—氢化物发生—导数原子吸收光谱法测定硒的分析方法。优化诸如酸度、还原剂浓度、氩气流量,反应管长度,导数仪灵敏度档等参数。重点考察了灵敏度、检出限及重现性,并测定了标准样品和管网水样中的硒含量。结果表明,所建立的方法简便、准确、自动化高,方法检测限是0.03 ng/mL。
A flow injection-hydride generation-derivative atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of selenium is described. Variables such as acidity, reducing agent concentration, argon flow rate, reaction coil length, sensitivity grade and other parameters are op- timized. Attention was paid to Sensitivity, detection limits, repeatability and determination of selenium in standard substances and in tap water. The results show the proposed method is a simple, accurate and auto method with a detection limit of 0.03 ng/mL.
