摘要 从仪器发展、分析技术应用研究等方面介绍了近年来激光烧蚀进样电感耦合等离子体质谱法(LA-ICP-MS)在冶金分析领域的最新进展。着重介绍了整体分析和深度分析、表面夹杂物分析、偏析分析等微区分析方面的应用进展情况。 The recent progress in the instrument, analytical technique of laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS) in metallurgical analysis has been reviewed. It emphasised the application of LA-ICP-MS in bulk analsysis and micro-zone analysis such as depth analysis, inclusion analysis and segregation analysis in metallurgical materials.
