摘要 采用硼酸衬底直接压片法制取锡冶炼烟尘粉末的片状试样,然后用X射线荧光光谱法测定烟尘试样中Al_2O_3,As,SiO_2,Fe_2O_3,CaO,MgO,Pb,S,Sn,Zn含量。元素之间谱线干扰采用ARL9400WinXPF 2.0软件中的Trail-Lachance模型进行校正。对一样品的各组分进行11次测定,得到相对标准偏差在0.09%~3.66%之间,测定结果与滴定法和原子吸收光谱法吻合较好。方法快速、准确,可满足生产快速分析的要求。 A method for direct determination of Al2O3, As, SiO2, Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, Pb, S. Sn, Zn in flue dust during tin making is developed. The powder sample was pressed into a pellet in a mould lined with boric acid ,then all kinds of component in the pellet were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Traill-Lachance correction model of the software ARL 9400 win XRF was applied for correcting spectral interefere of elements. The determination results of this method coincide with that of AAS(or titrimetry), demonstrating the accuracy of method. The relative standard deviation (n = 11) was from 0.09% to 3.66%.
