摘要
根据对氩气流量、预燃和曝光时间等测定条件的试验结果,建立了火花源原子发射光谱测定三级螺纹钢中铌的分析方法。采用基体校准优化工作曲线后,工作曲线线性关系好,相关系数由基体校正前的0.9746提高到0.991 8。三级螺纹钢中的钒、钨、铬、镍含量较低,对测定没有影响。用该法分析实际样品,相对标准偏差小于2.57%,结果与化学法吻合较好。
Based on the test results of some determination conditions, such as flow capacity of argon, time of preburn and exposure,a method was worked out for the determination of niobium in grade-three worm steel by spark source atomic emission spectrometry. After the calibration curve of niobium was optimized by correction of matrix,the correlation coefficient increased from 0. 974 6 (before correction) to 0. 9918. The elements like vanadium,tungsten,chromium,nickel due to lower content in the grade-three worm steel did not interfere in the determination of niobium. The method was used for the determination of niobium in actual samples with relative standard deviation of below 2.57 %. The determination results compare favourably with these obtained from chemistry.
