摘要
目前人民币的升值及对人民币升值的预期通过各种传导机制将对广西房地产市场造成以下影响:第一,外资将会继续流入国内房地产市场,并有向三线城市流入的趋势;第二,国内资金会继续投资于房地产,等待人民币汇率达到预期升值幅度,广西房地产市场的资金将有增加的趋势;第三,对成本的影响效应有限。总的来看,未来中短期广西房地产市场将是需求持续旺盛而供给受到土地资源限制,房价将会继续平稳上涨。
RMB Revaluation and the expectation for it affect Guangxi property market in several aspects through many ways. Firstly, foreign funds continue to flow into domestic market, and trend to flow to the "third - class" towns. Secondly, domestic funds keep investing in real - property in anticipation of RMB Revaluation, thus the funds in Guangxi property market trend to increase. Thirdly, RMB Revaluation has little effect on the building costs. After all, as a result of hot demand and limited supply, Guangxi house price will rise stably in the future.
