Improve Benefit Coordinating Mechanism,Promote Social Equity and Justice

构建和谐社会,实现社会公平公正,要有一个完善的利益协调机制。建立健全完善利益协调机制,必须明确其重要意义、基本要求;必须建立健全包括利益表达机制、利益疏导机制、利益调节机制、利益补偿机制、利益冲突化解机制在内的利益协调机制;充分发挥各种社会组织的协调作用;完善法律制度。

To construct the harmonious society and realize social equity and justice, we need a full- fledged benefit coordinating mechanism. To establish and improve the mechanism, its significance and basic requirements should be clarified; the mechanism should include the systems of benefit expression, guidance, adjustment, compensation and conflict resolution ; furthermore , a sound mechanism is needed to bring the coordinating role of various social organizations into full play and perfect the law system.
