摘要
提出了一种新型的光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)压力增敏的边孔封装技术,分析了它的工作机理和制作工艺,并采用聚合物材料进行了实际制作。结果表明,封装后FBG的压力灵敏度为5251pm/MPa,是封装前压力灵敏度的1750倍,较大程度减小了压力增敏效果对聚合物材料参数的依赖性,可满足高精度水下压力测量的应用要求。
The experimental research of fiber grating underwater pressure sensing with high sensitivity is reported. The sidehole package technique is presented,which is a novel fiber grating pressure sensitivity enhancing scheme. Its work principles and techniques are also studied. The practice of packaging with ploymer is done and the measurement results show that the pressure sensitivity of fiber grating with package is 5 251 pm/MPa,which is 1 750 times of that of without package. The side-hole package scheme reduces the dependence of pressure sensitivity on the material parameters, and it can satisfy the underwater pressure measurement requirement with high accuracy.
