Research on the Quality of the Service of University Library

分析了高校图书馆在服务质量上存在的问题及产生的原因,并针对这些问题提出了提高高校图书馆服务质量的措施。

This paper points out the problems existing in the quality of service of university library and the reasons of the generation of these problems, and in the light of these problems, advances some measures for improving the quality of the service of university library.
