Discussion on the Adjustment and Optimization of Fiscal Expenditure Structure

介绍了财政支出结构的两个方面以及我国财政支出结构的调整变化情况,针对我国现行财政支出结构中存在的问题,提出了坚持“以人为本”来调整优化财政支出结构的措施。

This paper introduces two aspects of fiscal expenditure structure and the conditions of the adjustment and variation for the fiscal expenditure structure, in the light of the problems existing in Chinese current fiscal expenditure structure, advances the measure for adjusting and optimizing the fiscal expenditure structure according to the people-based concept.
