分析了影响农业科技成果转化的主要障碍,对如何提高农业科技成果转化率的问题进行了探讨。
This paper analyzes on the main obstacles influencing the transformation of the agricultural sci-tech achievements, and probes into some countermeasures for promoting the transformation of the agricultural sci-tech achievements.
