社会科学的学术成果,主要是学术论文和专著。对学术成果评价的方法使用,既要完善引文分析法的应用条件,又要巩固传统专家评价方法的主体地位,同时还要增加读者评价的内容。对科学成果的评价,不能只评价结果本身,而且还应对科学研究的进展进行评价。

Academic achievements in social sciences mainly are thesis and monographs. For the methods which used to evaluate academic achievements, citation analysis and traditional expert evaluation methods are both necessary, and the comments of readers is also essential. The evaluation of academic achievements should be not only for the research results, but also responsible for evaluating the progresses of scientific research.
