DNA疫苗免疫增强效应研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 DNA疫苗能够诱导机体产生特异性体液和细胞免疫反应,而且与传统疫苗相比具备诸多优点。DNA疫苗能够在小鼠体内诱导有效的免疫应答,但是其效力在灵长类动物和人体内却不尽人意。目前已经有很多方法用于增强DNA疫苗的免疫原性,本文就增强DNA疫苗免疫效应常用方法的最新进展作一综述。
