摘要
中西方不同的社会文化背景孕育了不同的管理模式,同时,不同的管理模式又折射出不同的管理思想。从对中西方冲突管理模式及其思想的比较,可以看出中西方管理思想的互补性和趋同性,融合中西方管理思想的精华,借鉴西方先进的管理经验,构建一套具有中国特色的现代管理体系,提高我国企业的国际竞争力。
Different social and cultural backgrounds in China and the West give birth to different conflict management models and management thoughts. Besides, different management models reflect different management thoughts. The comparison between Chinese and Western conflict management models and management thoughts discloses the complementarity and convergence of the two management thoughts, which, in turn, gives us enlightenment-we should integrate the essence of the two thoughts, learn the advanced management experience from the West and establish a modern system of conflict management with Chinese characteristics to promote the internationalization of Chinese enterprises.
