On Human Capital and Its Extension to Moral Capital

人力资本与道德资本从20世纪60年代和本世纪初先后成为国际范围内经济学、管理学、社会学、政治学、伦理学等学科领域非常关注的热点问题。当前,人力资本有一种逐渐向道德资本延伸的趋势,而道德资本也在不断地丰富着人力资本的内涵。二者的这种关系具有逻辑的必然性。

Human capital and moral capital have become very hot issues in the international field economics, management, sociology, political science, and ethics ect from the 1960s of 20th century and the early 21st century. At present, it has become a trend that human capital has a gradual extension to moral capital and continuously enrich the connotation of the human capital. There is a logical inevitability in the relationship between moral capital and human capital.
