摘要
结合光电成像技术和数字图像处理方法,针对传统的准直测量中存在的低效率、低精度的问题,提出了一种基于数字图像处理方法的动态高精度测量方案;同时结合测量中的关键问题提出了基于灰度平均值的自适应阈值分割法、基于重心法的光斑中心检测法、基于圆拟合的定标圆检测法等一套高效、高精度的图像处理和测量算法,并且在实际的测量系统中获得了良好的应用效果。
It is presented in this paper that a dynamical high accurate measurement project based on digital image process technology has been put forward, referencing to photoelectric imaging and digital image process technology, paying attention to the low efficiency and precision problem in the past. At the same time, according to the key problem in the measurement, a series of methods such as the self adaptive threshold segmentation based on gray lever average, the laser speckle center detecting based on center of gravity detecting, the demarcating circle detecting based on circle fitting etc, have been recommended. These methods are all effective and high accurate for the image process and image measurement, and a better effect has been gotten in the practical measuring system.
