摘要
目前管道穿插技术是众多管道更新修复技术中应用最多的一种,其中的钢管穿插又是难度较大的。简要介绍了钢管穿插施工的多项工艺,其中包括了解旧管资料;开挖工作坑,停气、断管取出旧管;为确保管内无异物,管内采用内窥技术检查并清洗;管道绝缘防腐;管道穿插以及处理套管和芯管端口等。
Pipe inserting technology, one of pipelines renovation and repairing technology, is applied most because of many kinds of reasons. And steel tube inserting technology is most difficult. The article introduces that steel tube inserting technology has many technics, including excavating work pit, adopting endoscopy to clean and insure not remain in pipe, insulating and anticorrosive pipe, pipelines insertion technic, dealing with port of casing and core tube, and so on.
