摘要
我国农业和农村经济发展取得巨大成就,但发展理念和发展模式的落后带来了一系列严重的环境问题。本文简述十类由农业和农村发展导致的环境问题,提出科技是解决这些问题的根本措施,归纳出由国家投入支持的四种科技导入模式,并提出了有关思考和建议。
Though China＇s rural area has developed a lot since the reform from late 1970＇s, the undeveloped ideas and modes have resulted in serious environment problems. This paper describes 10 different types of environment problem caused by farming and rural development, and proposes to solve these problems with science and technology as the important way. Then it puts forward four modes for science and technology application in the rural area. In the end, it gives some ideas and suggestions.
