摘要
利用高炉水淬矿渣的化学组分以及水化活性、热力学稳定等特性并通过大量的研究和实验,将它作为一种外掺料替代部分油井水泥熟料,研制出了矿渣油井水泥。与G级油井水泥相比,矿渣油井水泥与套管的胶结力提高了55.4%,水泥石后期强度提高了28%-34%,水泥石抗腐蚀性提高了50.3%;水泥石抗震裂韧性提高了21.7%,水泥石力学特性不同程度地同时得到提高,满足了固井、射孔、酸化和压裂及后期采油这一系统工程对水泥石高质量的要求。
The composition,hydration activity and thermodynamic of Blast Furnace Slag are studied through laboratory experiments.It is shown that the Blast Furnace Slag can be used in oil well cement.Advantages of using slag cement in oil well cementing jobs include an increase in cement/casing bonding by 55.4%,in the final strength of cement by 28%-34%,in corrosion resistance of the set cement by 50.3%,and in the toughness of the set cement by 21.7%.The high quality set cement obtained using slag cement can satisfy the need for well cementing,perforation,acidification,fracturing,and production.
