摘要
在波纹管换热器管板的设计中,一般都是将波纹管简化为相应规格的光管来进行设计计算的。然而波纹管不同于光管,波纹管的轴向刚度比光管的轴向刚度小得多,造成其对管板的支撑与光管有明显不同,最终波纹管换热器管板的设计计算结果存在着很大的不确定性。本文通过等刚度当量折算,获得将波纹管转化为虚拟直管的方法,最终将虚拟直管的几何参数输入到过程设备设计计算软件SW6-1998中进行管板的强度计算,较好地奠定了一套针对波纹管换热器管板强度计算的工程方法。
During the corrugated tube heat exchanger design process, corrugated tube is usually treated as straight tube with same size, and tubesheet intensity analysis is performed by the method given in GB 151-1999 (Tubular heat exchangers). However, the tube - bundles of corrugated tube heat exchangers are different from those of common heat exchanger, since the stiffness of common straight tubes are much higher than those of corresponding corrugated tubes, thus their supports to the tubesheet are different from each other. Since the axial stiffness of corrugated tubes are much lower than those of corresponding straight tubes, so the calculation method mentioned above brought obvious uncertainty to the result. In this paper, the method of change the corrugated tube to a dummy straight tube was obtained. The geometry parameter of the dummy straight tube can be input to the design and calculation software of process equipment (SW6 - 1998) for the calculation of the tubesheet intensity. A suit of engineering calculation method of tubesheet intensity in corrugated tube heat exchanger was well founded.
