摘要
介绍了冷凝器的结构型式及制造特点,分析了设备的制造难点,主要体现在换热管的抛光处理、管板的加工及冷凝器与反应釜之间多自由度变化空间的组对过程,采取合理的制造工艺是保证设备顺利完工的关键。
The structure type and manufacture characteristic of condenser were introduced, and manufacturing difficulty were analysed. The difficulties including tube polishing , tubesheet machining , assembly of condenser and reactor under the condition of much freeness space . Adopting reasonable manufacture processes is the key to fabricate the ecluipment successfully.
