畜禽基因定位的现状和展望

Gene Mapping in Domestic Animals

本文对畜禽基因定位的内容、方法和现状进行了综述。提出了基因定位中存在的主要问题是定位精度不高、方法有待进一步完善。我国开展此项工作应将重点放在中国畜禽特有性状和重要经济性状上。

The content、methods and presentsituation of gene mapping in domestic animals were reviewed in this paper.The main problems of the gene mapping are bad precision of mapped location of genes and uncomplete methods.The focal points of the research in China should put on the main economic traits and specific properties in chi- nese native livestock.
