黄牛体尺的聚类与主成分分析

Cluster and main component analysis on body size of yellow cattle

本研究选取 56头蒙古牛 ,测定了体高、体斜长、胸围、管围、十字部高、头长、头宽、尻宽和体重等 9个体量指标 ,对各性状间的关系进行了聚类及主成分分析。结果表明 ,蒙古牛的体量指标可分为高 (长 )度类、围度类和特征类三大类 ,体高和管围间有显著相关关系 ,这些结果对蒙古牛选种具有重要参考价值。

The 9body size of 56abult male and female mongolian cattle including body heigth,body length,heart girth,circumference of cannon,head length,head width and body weigh etc.were measured and analysed by cluster and main component analysis to study the relationships of each trait。The resultshowed thatthere are3kind of body size indicators such as heigth and length,circumference and characteristics, there exists significant relationships between body heightand circumferences of cannon, which provided an important references for yellow cattle breeding and selection.
