一种磁悬浮CMG用高速无刷直流电动机锁相高精度稳速控制系统设计方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出一种用于高速无刷直流电动机锁相速度控制器设计和参数优化方法。对锁相控制的积分环节采用了梯形公式数字积分器,与可逆计数器构成的数字积分器相比,梯形公式数字积分器具有实现简单、动态响应快、入锁范围大、抗扰动能力强等优点。在以DSP为核心的电机数字控制系统上实现了锁相稳速控制算法,并将该方法用于磁悬控制力矩陀螺高速无刷直流驱动电动机的稳速控制。实验结果表明,该方法改善了动态响应,获得了较高的稳速精度。 This paper presents the method of design and parameter optimizing in a phase-locked controller, which is used in high-speed brushless direct current motor (BLDCM) speed control. Compared with digital integrator composed of reversible counter, the trapezoidal formula digital integrator is utilized in integrating element of phase-lock controller, it has advantages in simple realization, fast transient response, wide lock range, insensitivity to disturbance. Phase-locked steady speed control algorithm was realized with brushless DC motor discrete control system based on DSP controller, which was applied to high-speed brushless DC motor for magnetically suspended control moment gyroscope. The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the dramatic performance and obtain a highly steady speed precision.
