摘要
开关磁阻电动机(SR电动机)转子上无线圈和永磁体,特别适合高速运行。选择了起动转矩小但适合高速运行的6/2结构SR电动机,利用电磁场仿真软件JMAG对高速SR电动机进行电磁结构设计。通过优化定转子结构,改善了电动机起动特性;搭建了试验平台,给出了电动机初步试验结果。
Switched reluctance motor (SRM) has no windings or permanent-magnets on the rotor, so it possesses the excellent high speed performance. In this paper, 6/2 structure has been chosen, its startup torque is small, but it fits for high speed operation. Using the electromagnetic simulation software JMAG, the high speed SRM was designed. With optimizing the structure of stator and rotor, the startup capability of SRM is improved. A SRM test platform is made. The experimental result of high-speed SRM is given.
