2型糖尿病胰岛素强化治疗两种方法的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察短期内持续性皮下胰岛素输注(CSⅡ)与多次皮下注射胰岛素(MSⅡ)两种治疗方法优劣状况。方法对空腹血糖>11.1mmol/L33例2型糖尿病进行为期2周的强化治疗,比较二者的达标时间与低血糖发生率。结果CSⅡ显示快速稳定的降糖效果,血糖达标时间较MSⅡ短[(5.21±1.53)d与(10.9±1.17)d],低血糖发生率显著低于MSⅡ。结论对伴明显高血糖的2型糖尿病患者,短期CSⅡ强化治疗较MSⅡ解除高血糖毒性更快,低血糖发生率更少。
