摘要
机载雷达信号处理,数据量大、算法复杂,传统单片机设计不能满足要求。提出以TMS320F206型DSP芯片为系统核心,采用AD公司新出的采样频率1MHz的16位AD7677作为A/D转换器,转换周期是40ns的高速AD669作为D/A转换器,以及32 kB外存储器扩展的典型电路设计。该方案已作为模板电路实现。本文对DSP芯片外围电路的设计具有很好的参考价值及指导意义。
Owing to the large amount of data and the complexity of arithmetic in the signal processing about airborne radar,the design of single chip microcomputer cannot meet the demands. This paper presents the design method of interface circuit of DSP,choosing TMS320F206 as the system kernel, using a 1 MHz, 16 b AD7677 as A/D converter and a fast 40ns write pulse AD669 as D/A converter. At the same time, the memory of the system has been extended. Generally speaking, this paper offers some valuable references and directed meaning about the design of DSP peripheral circuit.
