基于ARM的炼胶釜数据采集器的设计

摘要 针对目前胶粘剂生产过程仍采用原始的人工操作,胶粘剂质量较差这一现状,设计了以LPC2132芯片为核心的炼胶釜数据采集器。介绍了系统的实现原理、硬件组成及相应的软件设计。该系统实现了温度、pH值等参数的检测、显示、大容量数据的保存,越限报警等功能。系统整体结构紧凑、抗干扰强、工作稳定,为系统辨识和现场生产提供了依据。 Due to the facts that manual operati, ns are still used at present in the process of manufacturing adhesive and its qulity is rather poor,a refining-adhesive reactor data acquisition system based on LPC2132 is designed. This paper describes the principle, hardware constitution and software design referring to it. The system complements the functions of detecting on temperature and pH,displaying the parameters, saving large quantitative data , alarming when the parameters overruns. The system is with the character of the compact structure, resisting interfere and stable working. It provides evidences for the system identification and production.
