摘要
在对现有各种感应加热装置功率控制方式比较的基础上,提出一种基于频率跟踪的新型的、较优的PWM功率调节方式。这种控制方式解决了传统移相中存在的矛盾,实现了功率的大范围调节,并且主回路实现简单。给出了主回路的计算机仿真结果及实验结果,证明了此控制方式满足大中小功率感应加热应用。
Based on comparing with the different power modulation, a novel and better PWM based on follow tracing is proposed in this paper. This control mode solves the contradiction in tradition phase - shifting. Realizing the wide area of power modulation and the main circuit is simple. The results of the main circuit is simulated using Matlab and the experimentation are listed. It adapts to the induction heating of all kinds of power and frequency.
