摘要
在分析常规带隙基准电路的基础上,设计了一种带曲率补偿可调节的带隙基准电压电路,并且具有良好的温度系数。电路设计和仿真工具使用Cadence的Spectre。采用SMIC标准0.25μmCMOS工艺。电路中包含的运放为两级放大电路,开环增益为85dB。带隙基准电压电路采用并联电阻的简单电路实现了有效的曲率补偿,在2.5V工作电压下,-25-125℃,TC=3.10ppm/℃,功耗为0.859mW。电路也可以在1.2V电压下工作,-25-125℃,TC=5.34ppm/℃,功耗为0.36mW。
Based on analyzing the conventional bandgap reference circuit, a curvature compensated and adjustable bandgap reference was designed,and it has low temperature confident. The Spectre of Cadence was used in designing and simulating the circuit. And the SMIC 0. 25 μm CMOS process was used for designing and simulation. The operational amplifier included in the circuit has two stages,and its open loop gain is 85 dB. The bandgap reference generates efficient curvature compensation with a simple circuit of parallel connected resistors. The circuit provides a temperature coefficient of 3.10 ppm/℃ over a temperature range from --25-125℃C with 2. 5 V power supply. The consumption of the circuit is 0. 859 mw. The circuit can also work with 1.2 V power supply,and it provides a temperature coefficient of 5.34 ppm/℃ over a temperature range from -25-125 ℃. And its power consumption is 0. 36 mW.
