摘要
为研究生理活性物质蚕农乐对家蚕的生物效应，给５龄蚕作添食试验，调查了蚕农乐对家蚕食桑消化、生长发育、叶丝转化率和茧丝品质的影响。结果：添食区与对照区相比，食下量高３．０％～３．４％，消化量高４．６％～６．０％，消化率高１．２％～２．５％，蚕体重和丝腺重增长快，全茧量和茧层量分别提高３．０％～９．１％和５．１％～１６．２％，茧层率有所提高，丝质也有明显改善。农村应用试验表明，蚕农乐有增产。
In order to understand the biological effect of Cannongle on silkworm Bombyx mori , the feeding digestion, growth and development, food efficiency in 5th instar larva and silk quality were investigated using oral administration. The results showed that the amount of ingested food, food digestion, and digestibility were 3.0% 3.4%, 4.6% 6.0% and 1.2% 2.5% higher than controls respectively. Larvae and silkgland grew quicker. Cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight were 3.0% 9.1% and 5.1% 16.2% higher than the controls respectively. The ratio of cocoon shell increased slightly and silk quality was obviously improved. The application test showed that Cannongle could increase cocoon yeild and silk weight.
