摘要
研究了光促进温和条件下,非贵金属铜盐催化氯代烷烃的羰基化反应.结果表明,以CuC l2或CuBr2为催化剂,可实现氯代烷烃与一氧化碳或二氧化碳的羰基化反应,得到相应的羧酸甲酯,而且CuBr2的催化活性高于CuCl2.在反应体系中添加Na3PO4,可以提高反应的活性和选择性,以CuBr2为催化剂,氯代环己烷为底物,一氧化碳为碳源,环己基甲酸甲酯的产率为35%,选择性为59%.
Photopromoted carbonylation of chloroalkanes with carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide was catalyzed by copper salts and carried out under mild conditions. The corresponding ester was obtained at the presence of CuBr2 and CuCl2. For these two catalysts, CuBr2 was more efficient in terms of ester yield and selectivity. Furthermore, the yield and the selectivity of the ester could be improved by adding sodium phosphate. The results indicated that 35% yield and 59% selectivity of the ester from chlorecyclohexane and carbon monoxide catalyzed by CuBr2 with sodium phosphate as additive were achieved.
