摘要
高校图书馆应坚持“以人为本”的理念,从加强自身建设和对读者提供热情周到的服务,改进提高图书馆管理与服务水平入手,努力为读者营造一个舒适的阅读空间;管理上注重人文关怀,树立“以人为本、读者至上、服务第一、变藏为用”的工作准则;在规章制度管理中推行“换位思考”管理法,最大限度地满足读者获取信息的需要,进一步推动和谐图书馆建设。
