Effective Ways to Increase the Inlet Concentration of O-xylene Oxidation Process

运用固定床拟均相两维模型，并结合正交配置法，通过计算机模拟，研究了邻二甲苯氧化制苯酐的生产工艺，提出了增加进口浓度的两条措施。

Two effective ways to increase the inlet concentration of phthalic anhydride by oxidation of O-xylene were found using a two-dimensional psudo-homogeneous model of the fixed bed and increase the orthogonal collocation method.One is increasing λer,the other is decreasing Tc.For a two-stage reactor,both λer increase and Tc decrease are effective to increase the inlet concentration.
