摘要
在河南生态条件下,研究了系统化学调控对硬粒小麦生长发育的影响。结果表明,系统化调技术能明显提高硬粒小麦冬前次生根数目、叶面积系数,增强植株抗逆性;降低硬粒小麦株高,改变茎秆结构,增强植株抗倒性;增强植株生育后期叶片功能,延缓衰老。
The effect of systemnatic chemical control with three plant growth regulators on durum wheat was studied.The results were as follows:By using the systematic chemical control,LAI and the number of thesub roots were increased in winter;the thickness of the mechanical tissves of the stew was increased and the plant height was reduced,which prevented the plant from lodging.Using systematic chemical control could also increase the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and nitrate reductase(NR),intensify photosynthesis,and decrease the accumulation of malondialdehyde(MDA) of flag leaf,which indicated that the leaf function was promoted and the accumulations of carbor(C) and nitragen(N) in durum wheat grain were increased.
