摘要
优选水浴振荡提取方法。以乙醇为萃取剂,研究了新疆伊犁地区沙棘叶中总黄酮提取的工艺条件。采用单因素试验和正交试验,确定了最佳工艺参数:提取温度为60℃,固液比为1∶20,乙醇体积分数为80%,浸提时间为3h,溶液pH值为10。
The water bath shaking was chose as the optimum extraction method, The experiment for extracting total flavonoids by ethanol from sea-buckthorn leaf of Yili in Xinjiang is carried out in this paper, The influences of various factors on extraction efficiencies were investigated get across odd factorial experiments and orthogonal test. The optimum processing condition are extracting temperature was 60 ℃, solid - hquid ratio of 1 ： 20, ethanol concentration is 80%, extracting time Was 3 h, pH value of 10.
