王浆酸是蜂王浆的标志性物质,大约占蜂王浆的1.4%~2.0%,其结构式为OH-CH2-(CH2)6-CH=CH-COOH。王浆酸具有免疫提高、抗辐射和降血脂等多种功效,其含量的测定方法包括分光光度法和色谱法等。详细综述了王浆酸的结构、性质,及其含量的测定方法,分析了王浆酸研究中存在的问题。
