摘要
福清光饼系闽式传统干点,是福清人的精神食粮。由于福清光饼本身的质量变化特点,限制了它的工业化生产及推广。可从加工工艺、设备、风味及包装等方面进行改良来实现福清光饼的工业化生产。
Fuqing Guangbing is type tradition in Fujian Province dessert. And it is Fuqing's mental food, but because of it of quality variety characteristics, restriction, it of industrialization produce and expansion, can from the craft, equipments, taste and packing etc., carry on improvement to realization industrialization produce.
