耐药肺炎链球菌流行病学

Epidemiology of Antimicrobial Streptococcus Pneumoniae

摘要 肺炎链球菌(Sp)感染可导致肺炎、中耳炎、脑膜炎及败血症等,具有较高的发病率和病死率。近10年来,Sp对β-内酰胺类、大环内酯类、氟喹诺酮类、磺胺类等耐药性迅速增长,Sp多重耐药菌株在世界范围内广泛流行引起了医学界的普遍关注。本文就耐药肺炎链球菌流行病学和治疗作一综述。
